                             "Reading makes man complete" ❤ Print and e-reading have not translated this idea. But changing this very idea has given a new meaning to the idea that reading completes man. Compared to other living things on earth, only humans can handle language properly. Only man has mastered the ability to read, write and communicate. Reading is what nourishes man with knowledge, experience and skills.

But on the current educational landscape, they say, children do not have time for extra reading or even eating in addition to the work assignments in schools. The education we receive in the classroom today alone is by no means wise enough to conquer the new world. We need to develop our store of knowledge in addition to the knowledge we gain in a limited period of time. All we have to do is use books regularly. Also, children should choose books that suit their minds. Pornography is harmful to children's minds. There is no fertile part that children can take. Staying away from reading such things that distort the mind will help us in our future progress. To survive this catastrophe, we need to produce perfect, knowledgeable people. Children should be accustomed to reading appropriate books. The foundation for that can start at home. From an early age, children's creations such as stories, songs and songs can lay the foundation for reading first. It is the responsibility of the adults in the home. The library in the school as well as in the city is an institution that helps us to improve our knowledge. It is a great help to the society. The library is like a teacher who sometimes gives us a bunch of knowledge. Then the school can make it a haven. Literature, religion, Sinhala, history, science, sociology, etc. can help. Reading development can be enhanced by evaluating the knowledge gained from the book in addition to the subject matter being taught.

        As the world develops, we must also be armed with knowledge.      We have to read a lot often to get knowledge. Should be studied. There is so much to read to gain knowledge. Books, magazines, articles, the Internet are just a few. Using these we can explore new information about the world and nurture our knowledge. 

           

Accordingly, the habit of reading should be developed from an early age. But the accusation made by adults today is that children stay away from reading and that it is very difficult for them to get used to it. With the new  technology, children are moving away from the print media. If so, we will not be able to conquer the world ahead. Therefore, the knowledge gained by using any valuable book will help to conquer the future world. If we are late, we will stop halfway and the world will move forward. To conquer the world of the future, reading must begin today, not tomorrow. Therefore, let us read an unread book, develop our knowledge and be determined to face the world of the future with strength.
